COVID-19

The ongoing safety of our patients, staff and communities will remain our primary focus during the COVID-19 Pandemic. With that in mind, here are some important information about receiving services in the upcoming weeks:

WHAT TO DO

If you are showing signs of possible COVID-19 symptoms or meet the criteria of COVID-19 screening, please do not present to our facility.  Contact your local health care provider.  If you do not have a health care provider, you can call the PA Department of Health at (877) 724-3258.

BELOW IS THE COVID-19 SCREENING PROCESS:

  1. Have you traveled out of the country in the last 14 days?
  2. Have you had contact with anyone with confirmed COVID-19 in the last 14 days?
  3. Have you had any of these symptoms listed below in the last 14 days?
    • Fever greater than 100° (Fahrenheit)
    • Difficulty breathing
    • Cough

If you answered yes to question 1 and-or 2, please call your primary care provider or your State Department of Health for further direction.

If you answered no to questions 1 and 2, but yes to numbers 3, please contact your healthcare provider if symptoms are severe.
