Dr. Iyer comes to us from the Reading Health System, Reading, PA, where she acted as the Vice- Chair of the department of Inpatient Psychiatry. Prior to coming to Reading, Dr. Iyer was a psychiatrist at Safe Harbor Behavioral Health and attending psychiatrist at St. Vincent Health System, both in Erie, PA. Dr. Iyer did both her residency and internship in General Psychiatry at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, Washington University School of Medicine, St. Louis Missouri. She is part of our adult inpatient team on 5 Memorial. She will also be facilitating the medical leadership of the Admissions Department.
