Who this program treats
The Child and Adolescent Outpatient Psychiatric Program is designed for children and adolescents ages 5 -21 (if still in school) that may have completed an inpatient program but would like to continue treatment through outpatient services.
Services this program offers
Our outpatient program provides a broad range of consultation, evaluation and treatment interventions for emotional, psychological or cognitive problems. Children and adolescents receive mental health treatment in a structured outpatient setting. Treatment can range from one to three hours per week. Each child or adolescent is provided with an initial assessment and an individualized treatment plan.
Therapies offered include:
- Psychiatric evaluations
- Individual and family therapy
- Medication management
- Anger management
- Social skills training
- Cognitive behavioral therapy
