Hospice of Central PA is a non-profit community-based organization that serves nine counties across central Pennsylvania, including Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Lebanon, York, Perry and Schuylkill counties, northern Franklin County, and western Lancaster Counties. As the need for hospice continues to grow, HCP is expanding to bring the gift of hospice to these patients and families.
